My name is Yanbing Chen(陈彦冰). I am a Second Year M.S. + Ph.D. student in Department of Geography at University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am a graduate student member of UW Cartography Lab (CartLab). I was born in Hukou, raised in Wuhan, and studied in Montreal before coming to Madison. I received my B.A. in Geography and Economics from McGill University.

My academic and professional interests lie in the intersection of GIScience, Cartography, and Data Visualization.
